The following are guided meditations, relaxations, and imagery exercises. Research has shown that practicing these on a regular basis offers a number of physical and emotional benefits, including (but not limited to!) reducing anxiety, increasing mindfulness, and deepening concentration.

Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Limit distractions and allow yourself to take the time to practice these forms of self-care. It also helps to approach these with an open mind, being curious about what you experience.
